IBM PARTNER BENEFITS

UX RESEARCHER  | MODERATED USABILITY TESTING

Conducted a series of moderated usability tests for the Partner Portal Benefits to validate design decisions and gather external user feedback.

OUTCOMES:

  • Validated Design Decisions: Confirmed that several key design choices effectively supported user needs.

  • Uncovered New Pain Points: Identified areas of friction in the user journey

  • Provided External Feedback: Gathered valuable input from end users, informing future iterations and enhancements ​​

IBM PARTNER REGISTRATION

UX RESEARCHER | 1:1 INTERVIEWS & UNMODERATED USABILITY TESTING

We conducted 1:1 interviews and unmoderated usability testing to gain insights into how distributors support business partners and to evaluate the registration journey for partners.

OUTCOMES:

  • Enhanced Understanding: The interviews provided valuable insights into the distributor-partner relationship

  • Improved Registration Journey: Insights informed design improvements, ensuring the registration journey was user-friendly and aligned with partners' needs

Moodscape

Interaction Design 

For an independent interaction design project, I designed MoodScape, a platform to help those feeling isolated during COVID-19 express emotions through moodboarding. The goal was to combat loneliness, anxiety, and stress by providing a creative outlet and peer support.

MICHR

Student Consultant

As part of a contextual inquiry project, I worked with MICHR to evaluate and enhance their Community Engagement (CE) studios, which offer health researchers feedback from patients and community members on their ongoing or proposed research projects. Our focus was on identifying and addressing challenges related to administration, recruitment strategies, and participant diversity.

VIREC

UX Researcher

As part of UMSI’s Design Clinic, I worked on a project to evaluate VIReC’s new platform prototype, ensuring that it fulfilled existing business requirements and exploring opportunities for future feature improvements. This project focused on user research, prototype evaluation, and feedback analysis to improve the platform's functionality and usability.
